Grayson Tynes joined The Villas in December 2019. Grayson has a long history working in the hospitality industry and says, “In senior living, I get to see the same people every day and develop a relationship with the resident and their family.” Grayson’s favorite aspect of his job is being able to deliver the same kind of personalized service to the residents that he would his own family.

Tonia Alix has been at The Villas since April 2019. Tonia’s favorite part of her job is being able to be there for the staff, residents and families to make a positive impact on The Villas community. Outside of work, Tonia loves to garden, attend church and do fun activities with her family.

Culinary Services Director
Mary Kattenhorn has been at The Villas since spring of 2019. Mary has a degree in culinary and pastry arts and is The Villas Executive Chef. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping- last year, she climbed to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite!
Memory Care Director
Nikki Zukic has worked at The Villas since October 2019. Nikki says that the best part of her job is, “Helping those around me and making sure that they all have the care that they need.” Some of Nikki’s hobbies include cooking, being outdoors and going on scenic drives with her husband on the weekends.
Roger Becker has worked at The Villas since December 2019. Roger’s favorite aspect of his job is being able to learn something new about a resident each day. In his free time, Roger enjoys hiking in beautiful Northern California and playing hockey.
LeAnn Capley has worked as Activities Director at The Villas since 2019. LeAnn’s passion is creating a balanced activity program that benefits a range of levels and interests to enrich the lives of others. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and doing anything water-related outdoors!
Memory Care Activity Director
Jeanette Scharbrough has been at The Villas since March 2019. She says that her favorite aspect of her job is “Making the residents smile and laugh.” Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys painting, writing, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Monica Silver has worked at the Villas since the beginning of 2020. Monica’s favorite aspect of her job is making the move-in process as seamless as possible for all residents. In her free time, she enjoys interior decorating and playing with her grandsons.
